Turnkey installation
Turnkey installation is our specialty. One team manages the custom design, wall construction, gas fitting and electrical work, from first sketch to final safety check.
See the range burning live in our Rosebery showroom and find the right size for your space.
We design the media wall around your fireplace, tailored to your home and joinery.
Licensed gas fitters and electricians complete the install with full certification.
"Fantastic showroom which made the process much easier. Particularly happy with the product knowledge, and love that the product is Australian made."

Photos never do a flame justice. See the range alight, compare sizes side by side, and talk through your project with the team.
The three we hear most often. The full list, from warranty to servicing, lives on the FAQs page.
Gas log fires are flued, and a standard single storey flue kit is included in the sale price shown on each product page. Electric fires run flueless, which makes them a good fit for apartments and internal walls. We confirm the flue run for your home before anything is ordered.
Installation is quoted for your space, because the figure depends on the wall build, the length of the flue run and the gas or electrical work involved. Supply only pricing is on every product page, and you get a full written quote before we book anything in.
Most installs are booked within a few weeks of the quote being approved, and a straightforward fireplace install is finished in a day. A full custom media wall takes longer because of the build and the finishing trades, so we confirm dates with you in writing before work starts.
