To our valued gas log fire clients: your family's safety is our top priority. For optimal performance and peace of mind, we strongly recommend having your appliance inspected and serviced every 3–4 years.

General service

General Service — Illusion Gas Log Fire

Our Full Gas Log Fire Service provides a thorough inspection, clean, and safety check to keep your unit running efficiently and safely.

Cleaning of fan, logs, firebox, burners, and gas jets
Replacement of remote/receiver batteries
Glass cleaning and full vacuum of all areas
Testing of all functions and safety switches
Gas leak detection and carbon monoxide testing
Thermocouple and thermopile testing

A $350 service fee is required upfront to secure your appointment and schedule a technician to attend your property.

Pricing applies to services performed Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, within the Sydney Metro Area. Please contact the store for a service quote for other locations.

Warranty

Warranty — Illusion Gas Log Fires

Every Illusion gas log fire we sell is covered as follows.

Heater and components — 1 year warranty on all heaters and their internal parts
Firebox — 10 year warranty
Installation — 1 year warranty when installed by a Sydney Fireplace Studio subcontracted plumber
